CPP Film Pelletizing line Production Process:
1.Shredder
Bundles of CPP film are fed into a shredder to be shredded. The shredded film is then fed into an extruder.
2.Pelletizing
Films are fed via a conveyor belt directly into the Compactor.Inside, high-speed rotatory blades shred the incoming scrap while generating frictional heat. This allows the material to shrink, thereby increasing the film density and facilitating feeding into the screw.
3.Water-Ring Pelletizing&Filtration
The compacted material passes smoothly into a extruder.After the raw material melts, it is cut into granules, cooled in a water trough, and then fed into a vibrating screen. Granules that meet specifications after screening are then conveyed to a storage hopper.
