1. Feeding, Sorting and Impurity Removal:
The belt conveyor feeds materials, the metal detector detects and removes metal impurities to ensure the purity of the fed materials.
2. Dense Chamber Crushing and Compacting:
The plastic film enters the dense chamber, is cut into fragments by blades, preheated and dried by friction, and then extruded into dense material lumps to ensure stable feeding.
3. Melting, Plasticizing and Filtering:
The material lumps are sent to the extruder to be melted into melt, degassed and decontaminated by double vacuum, and then passed through a hydraulic screen changer to ensure the melt is pure and free of impurities.
4. Water Ring Granulation Molding:
The melt is extruded through the die head, the cutter rotates at high speed close to the die surface for cutting, and the annular water flow cools synchronously to form smooth and uniform granules, eliminating the traction and drying links.
5. Dehydration and Drying:
The granules enter the dehydration system with water flow, and are dehydrated by centrifugation and air-dried
6. Screening and Packaging:
The vibrating screen screens out unqualified granules, and the qualified granules are sent to the silo by air conveying, and then quantitatively packaged to be used.
